Grad Images has the worst product and I regret not read reviews about this company prior to wasting my money on their cheap product".

I ordered a combo Print and Frame and upon arrival, not only was the cheap frame damaged, but the "matted" photos they claim you are receiving are nothing but part of the photo/. They are not matted as you would expect?. Plus, the frame is cheap and does not include glass but a piece of clear plastic over the photo!. All this for $69..95! I purchased a far better frame for $14|.99 with glass hoping to sooth my pain a little;. I complained with Customer service and they wanted to send me the picture and frame at no cost;. I should have insisted they refund my money for their inferior product that they misguide the public into buying.

Don't waste your money on this garbage. 128d7b5

I just received my daughter's master degree pictures. The pictures are fine but the matt is maroon. University of South Florida's color is dark green. Why would they matt with maroon? This has ruined the pictures.

I just received my tassel frame and photo, and I am EXTREMELY unsatisfied with the quality. I paid $45 for the frame, and I could get a much better one at Bed Bath & Beyond or Aaron's Brothers. The entire thing is made of plastic (a very cheap plastic), and nothing keeps the clear plastic screen from falling back into the frame, so I had to stuff it with foam and cardboard to get it to stay. In addition, there is nothing on the back of the frame to give you the ability to hang it on the wall. Again, when I opened it, my wife and I couldn't believe what poor quality it was. Your site is very misleading making you think that you are ordering a quality product, when in reality, you are just getting a cheap frame that should have cost, at most, $15. What a ripoff.

Ditto "Anonymous" complaint...paper for $75.00 bucks rip off pure and simple. But mostly disapointed that my school didn't protect me from these theives. Thay have the "sole contract" and you can't go anywere else for your grad pictures. i think someone at the scholl is being paid off to allow this company, which is a franchise btw to operate...what a shame...I wish more people would check sites before they buy to stop these theives... :(
