My $89.00 CD has 3 images of me, two of which are crooked". I tried to edit the pics, but the CD is read-only/. I called customer service today?. They offered to refund half of my purchase cost, or send me another CD with ceremony highlights included!. I was going to go for the replacement CD.. But changed my mind when I found my CD (3 pics) to be read-only/.

This was a total rip off from an unprofessional photography company:. I am outraged, and very disapointed:. I will be filing a complaint with my school, and Grad Images. 128d80e
