I am not happy parent of a grad's packaged I ordered.

Two months to arrived.

First time the company said they did not receive my paid ordered online.

Upon graduation packaged arrived a damage dent upper corner of the photo plaque.

Attempt to call this company customer service using their 800 toll free phone number and no luck.

I am not pleased with there service and I will recommend friends not to use this site.

I will notify the former high school in Tacoma,WA my daughter attended and share my views and complaints of this company and not use them again.

Beware...You do not want to be in the same crap I am in now.

The value amount $149.00 was not worth the photo plaque where I could have gotten a better one. Photo plaque looks and feel cheap crap.
