I am so embarrassed to have paid what I did for ONE 5" x 7" PICTURE sent in a PLAIN ENVELOPE with NO CARDBOARD or other protection at all. Of course it came bent even though the thin white paper envelope said "do not bend" LOL what a rip-off! This was for a high school graduation where we did not have close-up access to the graduates so relied upon the school's recommending this company for photos. Schools could make their own money if they hired a few photographers on their own, or in this case, photographers from their own Digital Media department! 128d891
