Did not protect the picture
I was happily picking some products from Grad Images from my daughter's graduation-- one print and some other digital photos. In addition to paying almost $10 for a 5x7, I got charged $5 for shipping.
The 5x7 print came in in a first-class mail (with other junk mails) without any protection. Just a thin envelop. I don't think this should like this.
They should have done some protection other than just a photo inside the thin envelop.
I also spend some money on purchasing the digital copies.
I am not happy and will not place orders from gradImage again. Not happy, not happy, not happy, not happy Not happy, not happy, not happy, not happy Not happy, not happy, not happy, not happy Not happy, not happy, not happy, not happy Not happy, not happy, not happy, not happy

Poor quality photos, and outrageous prices
I am an amateur photographer myself, and every photographer checks the photos immediately after taking them, this man decided to ignore the fact that my parents eyes were closed in my college graduation photos. After he took the photo he looked at the camera and proceeded to make a rude hand gesture to get us to move out of the way as if we were objects.
The other photos I received were too dark and did not seem good quality. The package for all 4 photos was around 160 dollars which i would not pay for because it is outrageous. The process of getting these were rediculous. I never received my proofs for about 2 weeks, and when I contacted them (the employees at the graduation said it would take 24 to 48 hours), they were rude and said that they lost my photos and there was not anything they could do.
I then had to speak to two more people to finally get the answer that they would be found and sent to me. I definitely will not be giving any of my money to this company.
Waste
Expensive, Misleading and RUDE-Take your own photos
I purchased the $99 "Premium Download" package of my daughter's college graduation, described as "ALL your images / Ceremony Highlights / Ceremony Overview". Of the 29 images I received, FIVE (5) contain my daughter and NINE (9) are speakers, crowd shots, the ceremony, etc.
The other FIFTEEN are pictures of 3 girls I don't know. Not random pics of them during the ceremony, but posed pictures of them. One girl is in TWELVE (12) of the photos - her with her friend, with the Deans, with someone I guess was her teacher. When I called customer service, they (repeatedly) told me these were "ceremony overview" pictures, and those pics of that girl are part of every download.
I suggested they change the inaccurate description of the package. They insisted (yet again & rudely) that these are "ceremony overview" pictures.
Hmmm, I wonder if this girl's family knows their daughter's pictures are being sent to complete strangers. (see images below)

Aweful quality and customer service
I was dissatisfied with the quality of the images they provided on the web site. One had a severe glare off the diploma folder, the other had a dark background that had zero contrast with the black robe.
I called for advice on how to pick the best photo for a plaque. They informed me no touchups can be made on photos on a plaque. So, they offered me a photo frame at a discounted price, but wanted me to pay for the touchup that was clearly the fault of the photographer. After 3 attempts to email and talk to a customer service rep, I finally hung up very frustrated.
The photographer they used obviously wasn't competent. A big disappointment.
Disappointed in the Company overall. yuck

Incompetent jerks
It's typical that a supposedly prestigious university would hire this company after it got so many terrible reviews.
I have contacted them twice looking for the photos they took. First they said they can't find them, tough luck. Then I gave them tons more information and they said "looks like someone already helped you, bye!"
I guess they don't actually care about selling photos; they must do all their business by contracting with the university, which apparently they can do because - why? I'm certainly not buying anything unless they bother to look for the photos they took. They want over 100$ for digital pictures.
A scam.

Disappearance of proofs
I graduated in May 2017, the first 2 weeks my pics were available. On the third week, my photos changed to the person in front and behind me.
I completed the customer service form three times, twice thru email and once thru smartphone. They continued to send me the best priced packages via email and text. However my photos were corrected. Finally was told it would take up to 14 days to find the pics.
Well, it actually took over a month to find them, or shall I say they showed up as 'My Pictures'. Now I am thinking of buying the pics, there wasn't anyone at my ceremony, so I wanted to keep the memories. However, reading this site and Yelp, there is no way I would buy a picture.
There is much to say about people being honest and sharing their experiences with others. While I am sorry to hear about others having horrible experiences, I want to thank you for sharing to spare the rest of us.

What a ripoff!
After receiving proofs of our son's pictures from his college graduation, I ordered one 8x10 of one pose and four 5x7s of another pose that appears to be the cropped bust portion of the larger image. I paid the fee for facial retouching as well as the fee to remove glare from eyeglasses.
The explanation of the fee stated that the fee covered all pictures, regardless of how many were ordered. When I received the pictures, the only one that had been retouched was the 8x10. When I contacted the company, I was told that the fee only applies to a single pose.
For over $80, their prices are ridiculous! What a racket!
