We received an email from Grad Images with the College Graduation photos of our student. We decided to purchase them as they are advertised and sold as "High Resolution Digital Images" for direct download. What these pictures are is complete rubbish!

The images are in fact poor quality jpg files with questionable focus quality - of course you cannot tell this before you download them because they have some serious watermarks on them which make it impossible to ascertain the actual quality of what you will get; some of them are merely a cropped version of the same image...

Do not even think about trying to edit them yourself or print them at your local photo store - you will not be happy with the results because the originals are so inadequate. Total and utter GARBAGE is what these photos are for $75.

Please don't waste your money. No Refunds allowed...I tried. Called the company and got a rude "did you bother to read the fine print"? Says no refunds allowed. Period.

You would be better off going to the Portrait Place with your College Grad and getting some decent photos instead for the same price!
