Grad images lied to me about image size
When I talked to them when making the order I was assured that since it was a CD the photos would be full sized images that would allow enlargement. Imagine my surprise when I opened the file and found them to be 300 to 600 kilobytes. To put this in perspective, a...

I would give them no stars if I could. Aside from the fact that you are paying outrageous prices for what turn out to be low-quality photos, their customer service is downright terrible. I was told that by preregistering for my photos on their site I would receive a...

Way too overpriced! Seriously, the prices are exponentially high! It's 2016, and to download all the images (which are 10) is $99.95, and to download just one single picture it's $59.95! And to get a CD with your images in it is $99.95! It's 2016, it's the technology...

What happened : Ordered a three-photo frame with a plate. First contact to the customer service after two weeks from the order to ask if my order was correctly received and worked on. Received an answer saying that my order has been correctly processed and shipped....

I'm super disappointed in this company. Our school hired them to take photos of our middle school graduation. As a result, parents didn't take many pictures. What we got back was 1 picture of each graduate (my daughter happened to have her eyes closed) and 10...

The images have visible jpeg artifacts in the prints. The portraits are out of focus. My images were delivered bent despite there being multiple stamps that say "DO NOT BEND". While this may be a post office fault, the packaging used to protect the images is just a...

1) The photographers don't know how to take pictures. The first picture was supposed to be me shaking the college president's hand, but they shot it before we even shook hands. The second picture was decent but I could've taken that picture with a basic...

My $89.00 CD has 3 images of me, two of which are crooked. I tried to edit the pics, but the CD is read-only. I called customer service today. They offered to refund half of my purchase cost, or send me another CD with ceremony highlights included. I was going to go...

$90 for a CD? I could pay a small urchin boy a dollar to make me a CD with pictures. That in itself is a rip-off. Business must be good, using these key moments in our lives t...

My daughters promotion was 2 weeks ago & yet no pictures of come up. I have called & emailed several times & given the excuses one after another. Thankfully my wife took some pictures of our daughter & friends. We used those & passed it to parents. This is very disappointing! A special moment & this company treated it like nothing!
