I ordered 2 pictures of each of my twin boys.They sent me the same child for all the pictures.

I explained to them the are twins and the wrong pictures we sent. They said it was my fault and very rude on the phone. They said there was nothing they could do. All I wanted was the correct pictures sent.

I was on the phone for an hour and nothing was resolved. I will call my credit card and try to dispute the charges. I spoke to a Tensi and I ask to speak to a manager she never answered the call.

What manager doesn't try to handle an unhappy customer.I also spoke with a Shazia,
