Thank you for your email. I thought something was odd and appreciate your clarification re the extra photos. So that said I did go to the site to look at the additional photographs available. Is this a joke or something?

There are seven images, one of an empty stage, one of the building half empty as people are leaving and the remaining are hardly professional photography. I specifically ordered this package because it stated:

-All your event images

-Ceremony Highlights

-Ceremony Overview

I don’t see anything that remotely represents any kind of overview or highlights. I basically paid $99.95 for two photographs when I purchased what I thought was a package containing the above. Your response that you “can’t cancel my order” is an absolute joke, you didn’t fulfill the actual order!! Where are the photographs? ALL your event images? Ceremony highlights? Ceremony Overview?

I will be disputing this with my credit card company and contacting the Better Business Bureau regarding poor business practices. I have no issue paying for what you advertised to deliver but you mean to tell me those are the only photographs (and poor ones at that) from the event?

Expect to hear from this on social media and reviews.

Disgraceful.
